Woodbrooke

Woodbrooke, L.C. exists to provide discerning clientele with heirloom quality antique reproduction furniture, cabinetry and architectural elements. Fueled by a passion for all things antique, owner Steve Dearing founded his Kansas City based company in 1992. Drawn irresistibly to the rich colors, tones and textures of Old World European interiors, Steve is inspired by the art, architecture and furniture style found in the many layers of cultural history so evident in homes throughout Europe.

He and his employees work faithfully to reproduce the rich, decorative painted and stained patina found on antiques from Sweden, Tuscany, Provence and other regions. All of these products are bench built, hand planed and finished to the highest standards.

We work with home builders, architects, designers, and clients to produce everything from bookcases, tables, and cabinetry, to fireplace mantels, wood and “stone” columns, hand hewn beams and more. We trust you will agree that any of our products would be a wonderful accent for your home.
