Our Eat Well / Live Well Workshop, is Tuesday, May 6th, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., at Mill Walk Mall, in the Eagle Creek Kid Venture room. This month we will follow a Cinco de Mayo theme and celebrate with our healthy versions of delicious healthy Mexican favorites. Samples will include beef nachos, tilapia baja tacos, pork carnita, and chicken enchiladas. We will also sample two healthy dessert recipes and of course, healthy, virgin margarita’s.
