Kitchen Gadgets

nutribullet

I use a nutri-bullet pro everyday for smoothies and other beverages.

dessert bullet

I use a dessert bullet with little ones to make fun healthy frozen treats.

chop wizard

This chopper is cost effective and I use it for prep to chop large amounts of onions, peppers, carrots and hard boiled eggs.

food processor

A food processor is a must have in a multitude of recipes.

vitamix

A powerful blender is important when making larger beverages or mixing thicker materials.

veggie slicer

A Spiralizer is great for making “noodles” out of a variety of veggies.  My favorite is zucchini noodles or “zoodles”.

power cooker

An electric pressure cooker saves so much time when making bone broth.  I like this brand because the cooking pot is made of stainless steel.

dehydrator

A good food dehydrator is wonderful to use when you harvest large amounts of herbs or produce.  My favorite is dried tomatoes. A friend of mine even used it on cantaloupe.  You can also make your own healthy jerky.

Miracle peelerI found this little peeler at Walmart, and I love it.  I can peel sweet potatoes and beets easier because I am pulling instead of pushing away with a regular peeler.  There seems to be much less work on my wrist.  It is very fast and easy to add carrots to stir fries as well.
